    Overview

    Karen Rogers joined our Denver office in 2024 and is a member of the firm’s litigation group.

    Karen brings with her an extensive litigation background and expertise in complex construction defect litigation and employment law matters. She has successfully tried numerous cases to juries, judges, and arbiters. Karen prides herself on aggressively litigating cases to ensure they are postured for favorable outcomes for her clients. She believes that early and accurate case evaluations are critical to ensure that her clients can evaluate the risk and/or rewards of litigation and make shrewd business decisions when faced with potential or pending lawsuits.

    Karen is passionate about helping businesses, large and small, navigate critical business decisions to either avoid litigation or help ensure favorable outcomes. This includes assisting companies with preventative employment law issues or shrewd negotiations in construction contracts.

    When litigation is necessary, Karen is always ready to vigorously assert her client’s interests. Her knowledge of the law, extensive preparation, and ability to express complicated legal or technical issues in simpler more palatable terms to jurors, arbiters, and judges sets her apart from other lawyers.

    Ultimately, Karen brings a no-nonsense sensibility to her clients. She prides herself on exceptional client communication, ensuring that the client has all the information to make the best business decisions in any given scenario.

    Karen received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where she also served as a Teaching Assistant for Torts Law. She earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware.
