William A. Ozaki

William A. “Will” Ozaki joined Woods Aitken in 2023 after clerking at the firm for two years. Will is a member of the firm’s transactional group and focuses his practice on business services, mergers and acquisitions, banking, taxation, and real estate matters.  

Will received his J.D. with highest distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he was also named to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Will advised clients as a student attorney in the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic, received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and was awarded the Philip G. Johnson Great Plains Federal Tax Institute Memorial Scholarship.

Will received his B.J. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he majored in advertising and public relations and psychology.
