Nolan represents construction companies to resolve a range of disputes, providing practical legal guidance and strategic representation when conflicts arise during or after a project.
As a part of Nolan’s unique practice, he also provides representation on matters involving railroad litigation, Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) claims, and employment law. Nolan represents individuals who have been injured or wrongly discriminated against by railroads, advocating for clients in matters arising under FELA and other employment-related claims in the rail industry.

Nolan is known as a passionate oral advocate in the courtroom.
Nolan received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, the National Moot Court Team, and was named to the Order of the Barristers. During law school, Nolan was recognized with the Outstanding Clinic Student of the Semester Award.
