    Overview

    Abby Frame joined our Denver office in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s construction law and commercial litigation practice groups. Abby advises and represents business owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals on construction and commercial disputes, contract formation, and negotiations.     

    Abby received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018 where she was an associate editor for the Colorado Law Review, fulfilled the Colorado Law Public Service Pledge, and was a student attorney in the Criminal Immigration Law and Juvenile Law Clinics. During law school, she interned for Colorado Legal Services and for Magistrate Judge Kristin L. Mix of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Prior to law school, Abby attended the University of Arizona in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Chinese studies, and she continued in the program to receive her M.A. in Chinese studies. Abby has advanced language skills in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.

    Prior to joining Woods Aitken, Abby served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Andrew Hartman, a district court judge for the 20th Judicial District of Colorado. Most recently, she served as a judicial law clerk for the 20th Judicial District of Colorado bench.
