Pat Timmer joined Woods & Aitken in 2007, expanding the Firm's Estate Planning and Business Entity practice areas. His practice focuses on estate planning and tax–efficient wealth transfer planning for individuals, and succession plans for business owners. A portion of his practice is also devoted to the administration of estates and trusts.
Pat has enhanced his legal career by teaching several classes, and leading seminar and panel discussions on topics such as estate planning, revocable trusts, the Uniform Trust Code, and estate and trusts best practices. The audiences for these discussions have included Nebraska Bar and Nebraska County Judges Association members, as well as university business and law students.
